
(HEMPSTEAD, N.Y.) – Nassau County Legislator Seth I. Koslow (D – Merrick) joined a bipartisan group of village, town, county and state officials at Hofstra University’s legislative breakfast on Friday, Jan. 31. During the event, Legislator Koslow and his fellow attendees met with Hofstra’s leaders and students and heard more about the University’s #Hofstra100 strategic plan, plans for the University’s centennial celebration, AI’s impact upon higher education, and more.
“For generations, Hofstra University has distinguished itself as an academic hub for our region and a springboard for countless students to thrive in their chosen pursuits,” Legislator Koslow said. “Thank you to President Susan Poser for hosting an informative conversation about the future of Hofstra University and higher education as a whole in the age of AI.”
