(FREEPORT and MERRICK, N.Y.) – Nassau County Legislators Debra Mulé (D – Freeport) and Seth I. Koslow (D – Merrick) congratulated the Rotary Club of Freeport-Merrick Rotary at the organization’s installation dinner on Thursday, June 27. During ceremonies held at Frank’s Steaks in Rockville Centre, the Legislators recognized the Rotarians who will lead the organization for the next year and thanked them for their commitment to community service.
“For over 80 years, the motto of ‘service above self’ has inspired the members of the Freeport-Merrick Rotary Club to roll up their sleeves and improve the lives of others,” Legislator Mulé said. “It was great to see that this tradition will continue for yet another year under the leadership of these outstanding public servants.”
