Koslow - Operation ReSupply - Jackets

(FREEPORT, N.Y.) – More winter coats donated in support of a coat drive hosted by Nassau County Legislator Seth I. Koslow (D – Merrick) and the Freeport-Merrick Rotary Club will be headed west for wildfire relief. On Wednesday, Jan. 29, representatives of Operation ReSupply, an initiative spearheaded by Nassau Detective Association Sergeant at Arms Joe Philbin to support first responders and military families affected by the devastating California wildfires, picked up winter essentials that will now be incorporated into the relief effort. “I cannot begin to fathom the devastation that the victims of the California wildfires have endured in recent weeks, and anything we can do to ease their suffering is a worthwhile cause,” Legislator Koslow said. “I am proud to support Operation ReSupply and thank the generous residents of District Five for making this contribution possible by supporting our coat drive.”
