(OCEANSIDE, N.Y.) – Nassau County Legislator Debra Mulé (D – Freeport) proudly joined the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce and her partners in government at ribbon-cutting ceremonies on Saturday, March 13 to celebrate the grand openings of the Frame Bar opticians (left) and Brown Bag Express delicatessen (right) – two locally owned small businesses based in Oceanside. During the respective ribbon-cutting ceremonies, Legislator Mulé presented Nassau County Citations to Frame Bar owners Daniel Gonzalez and Kristina Ismail, and Brown Bag Express owner Tommy Gregoretti.
“Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, the entrepreneurial spirit that empowers small business owners has been put to its greatest test in generations,” Legislator Mulé said. “That’s what makes it such a tremendous pleasure to welcome Frame Bar and Brown Bag Express to the Oceanside business community. I admire their determination and wish them the very best as they embark upon their new ventures.”
