(UNIONDALE, N.Y.) - Nassau County Legislator Debra Mulé (D - Freeport) joined the Nassau County Dental Society to educate young brushers about how to establish and improve their healthy dental care habits at their “Give Kids a Smile” event on Friday, Feb. 7. The event, held at the Cradle of Aviation Museum in Uniondale, also included free vision checks sponsored by the Lions Clubs of District 20-K2 through its Lions Kidsight USA initiative. “Introducing youngsters to the basics of brushing, flossing and the importance of routine dental care will help them build healthy routines that can last a lifetime,” Legislator Mulé said. “I applaud the Nassau County Dental Society for their ongoing commitment to our youth.”
