(BALDWIN, N.Y.) – Nassau County Legislator Seth I. Koslow (D – Merrick) joined forces with Nassau County Legislator Debra Mulé (D – Freeport) and Glory House Recovery Inc., Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and Kohl’s Cares to host a “Trunk or Treat” Halloween celebration at the Baldwin LIRR station on Saturday, Oct. 26. In a field of seasonally spooky decorated cars, participating youngsters went trick-or-treating from trunk to trunk and received candy and other goodies such as toys, pencils, stickers, and more.
“Halloween is full of excitement and thrills, but it’s important to work together to ensure that the festivities are all treats and no tricks for kids and their families,” Legislator Koslow said. “Events like this Trunk or Treat celebration deliver the fun in a safe, supervised, and welcoming environment that everyone can enjoy, and I was proud to join this event as a cosponsor.”
