The second event in the series was held at Novi Restaurant on Tuesday, April 5; additional installments are planned for 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 12 at Gino’s of Baldwin, 919 Atlantic Ave. and 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 20 at DeFrancisco’s Pizzeria, 97 Merrick Road.
“Local businesses have gone through so much to get back on their feet after the COVID-19 pandemic,” Legislator Mulé said. “Now more than ever, it is crucial to support these local establishments and spend our money locally so that the downtowns we cherish continue to thrive.”
