  Submission of any forms that do not require an accompanying fee, (i.e. all forms other than the Registration & Disclosure Form or an Amended Statement of Registration) shall be submitted to NCLobbying@nassaucountyny.gov

Failure to answer questions on any forms submitted may lead to rejection of the form by the County Attorney’s office. Please answer ALL questions, even if the answer is “no,” “none,” or “$0.” Please do not leave blank spaces or use N/A.
