(ROOSEVELT, N.Y.) – Nassau County Legislator Debra Mulé (D – Freeport) joined the Roosevelt community at the second annual Uzo Felix Health Foundation’s Prostate Cancer health fair outside Western Beef on Saturday, July 13. The event featured on-site testing and hosted various health and wellness vendors, a screening van, and other amenities.
“Promoting awareness of prostate health resources is a critical component of any effort to preserve and enhance men’s health initiatives in communities across Nassau County,” Legislator Mulé said. “I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the organizers for their hard work and dedication, as well as to everyone who played a part in making this health fair a resounding success for the second consecutive year.”
