(SOUTH HEMPSTEAD, N.Y.) – Nassau County Legislator Debra Mulé (D – Freeport) welcomed community members to the South Hempstead Fire Department headquarters on Monday, July 15 for a mobile office hours session. Mobile office hours provide Sixth District residents with an opportunity to meet with Legislator Mulé and her staff to express their concerns, get answers to questions, and share suggestions in a more casual and informal setting.
“Mobile office hours benefit everybody by giving people a chance to speak with their elected representatives one-on-one and directly convey their insights into the most important issues facing their community,” Legislator Mulé said. “The meaningful dialogue that results gives me valuable information that I apply toward better serving and addressing the needs of our residents, and I thank the South Hempstead Fire Department for once again opening their headquarters to us for the latest in our series of mobile office hour events.”
