Nassau County Legislator Bill Gaylor presented a check for Community Revitalization Program (CRP) funds to the village of Lynbrook. The funds are to allow for the village Department of Public Works to purchase a new dump truck. The money, which comes from the CRP grants, will equal $75,000.
“I am always looking to support our village and the community as best I can,” stated Legislator Bill Gaylor. “This was an important piece of equipment needed by the Village to better serve the community and provide more efficient services. The grant funding I was able to allocate will allow the village to purchase the equipment without having to bond or tax the residents for it.”
