LEGISLATOR GAYLOR JOINS WITH DEPUTY MAYOR
WRIGHT TO DISCUSS CLEAN-UP OPTIONS AT MILL POND
Nassau County Legislator Bill Gaylor joined with Valley Stream Deputy Mayor Sean Wright, Deputy Village Clerk Jay Hunter and members of the Village of Valley Stream Department of Public Works to discuss ways to remediate the problems at Mill Pond in Edward Cahill Park.
Some of the issues discussed included preserving the shoreline of the pond, cleaning up the pond and park, and dealing with a vermin problem. Constituents also attended the outdoor meeting to voice their concerns.
