WHAT: Nassau County Legislator Kevan M. Abrahams (D - Freeport) invites families to attend & participate in this year’s “Trunk or Treat” with their children at the Baldwin LIRR station on Saturday, Oct. 31.
Pre-registered participants will park at the Baldwin train station parking lot, where they will decorate the trunks of their vehicles with Halloween decorations and create an area where trick-or-treaters can receive candy and other goodies in a safe, supervised and fun environment.
Children and adults must wear masks, and costumes are recommended. Food items must be individually wrapped and sealed; fruit or loose foods/candies, such as loose jellybeans and candy corn, are not permitted. Please only bring allergy-friendly snacks that do not contain peanuts or tree nuts. For your safety, all participants will be required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and observe COVID-19 prevention guidelines recommended by the CDC and Legislator Abrahams while participating in this event.
