WHAT – Nassau County Legislator Carrié Solages (D – Valley Stream) invites residents to attend a Thanksgiving giveaway at the Five Towns Community Center on Saturday, Nov. 23. To make the holiday season brighter, Legislator Solages is partnering with ICNARelief, Young Muslims, the Nassau County Asian American Advisory Council and its Executive Director, Farrah Mozawalla, to distribute food, toys, blankets, hats, gloves, scarves and more. During the event, residents will also have the opportunity to undergo free health and dental screenings.
