(Hempstead, NY) - Nassau County Legislative Minority Leader Kevan Abrahams will STILL host a mega fall flea market/lawn sale for all those looking to sell the perfect new fall item or those eager to clean out their garage, attic, closet, etc.; but unfortunately it will held the following weekend due to the storm hitting the Long Island region Saturday October 3rd, 2015.
Although postponed, this event will feature even better deals and bargains on new and gently used items; free face painting; music and a bouncy house sponsored by Affinity Health Plan. Affinity Health Plan will also be on hand to help and provide support to residents on how to access free or low-cost, high quality health care.
“While we are sorry we had to postpone the Mega Flea Market due to weather; just think how exciting it will be to head down for the post storm sale now on Saturday, October 10th; same place, same time”, said Leg. Kevan Abrahams.
Some of the items that will be available for bargain prices are household items, holiday hand crafts, jewelry, wearable accessories, artwork, fine collectables, small appliances, clothes, shoes, handbags, beauty products, handmade specialty items, toys, healthcare and wellness info, voter registration, county services information and weather preparedness kits.
