WHAT: Nassau County Legislator Kevan M. Abrahams (D - Freeport) is partnering with Bethpage Federal Credit Union and Glory House Recovery, Inc. to host a “Trunk or Treat” family Halloween celebration at the Baldwin LIRR station on Saturday, Oct. 29.
Vehicles will park at the Baldwin train station parking lot, where their owners will adorn the trunks with Halloween decorations and give candy and goodies like toys, pencils and stickers to trick-or-treaters. Adults and children are encouraged to wear costumes and join in the festivities in this safe, supervised and fun environment. Food items must be individually wrapped and sealed; fruit or loose foods/candies, such as loose jellybeans and candy corn, are not permitted. Please only bring allergy-friendly snacks that do not contain peanuts or tree nuts.
