Car Dealerships use a variety of advertising and marketing methods to attract consumers. Often advertised prices include deductions for a variety of rebates and discounts that are unavailable to a majority of consumers. If you feel that a car dealership has not accurately advertised the price of a vehicle, please download and mail a Consumer Complaint Form.
The Front Desk of Consumer Affairs will be closed from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 for Staff Development.
