The Division of Community Outreach strives to develop and maintain strong relationships between the DOH and Nassau County residents. Community Outreach works closely with all divisions of health department to amplify essential health messages to the public and effectively navigate referrals and resources. Through collaboration with community organizations and informed by local data, the Division of Community Outreach is committed to providing consistent and relevant health education programs and events for all of the diverse communities in Nassau County.
