Christopher Nolan joined the Nassau County Office of Management and Budget in April 2005. Prior to his work with the County, Mr. Nolan enjoyed over nine years of service to the City of New York, working in various capacities for the City’s Department of Parks and Recreation, the Mayor's Office of Management and Budget and, finally, as Deputy Director for Budget Control and Coordination with the New York City Housing Authority. During his tenure at NYCHA, Chris served as a lead architect in the design of a new budget and financial management process, and played a critical role in the implementation of an award-winning integrated financial management system. Mr. Nolan is a graduate of St. John's University and resides in Nassau County with his wife and two children.
