Nassau County Legislator James D. Kennedy and NYS Assemblymen Mike LiPetri and John Mikulin are co-hosting two Scam Prevention Community Forums along with the Nassau County Department of Consumer Affairs to help residents learn how to identify a when you are being scammed, the various methods used by scammers and how to protect yourself from becoming another scam victim.

In the past year, there has been an increase in scams as criminals find new ways to defraud people out of their hard-earned savings. Please try to attend one of these important presentations and let us help to protect you against scammers and spread awareness about recent scams.
