Nassau County Legislator James D. Kennedy recently attended an Eagle Scout Court of Honor Ceremony for Lawrence Joseph Brussell Jr. and presented him with a citation in acknowledgement of his accomplishment. For his Eagle Scout project, Lawrence transformed a piece of land into a beautiful garden at the Carman Road School for physically and developmentally disabled students.
