Congratulations to Evan Keith Ryan of Massapequa Park Boy Scout Troop 339 for achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. Legislator Kennedy presented Evan with a citation at his Court of Honor Ceremony and commended him for his wonderful Eagle Scout project; the creation of a beautiful garden at St. David’s Lutheran Church in Massapequa Park.
