Legislator John Ferretti invites all homeowners to attend an exclusive event brought to you by the Nassau County Department of Assessment’s HELP program! At these special events, you’ll have the opportunity to engage one-on-one with knowledgeable staff who are ready to help you learn about various homeowner exemptions available to you and receive assistance with filling out exemption applications. Exemption applications for the 2025-26 property tax year must be received by JANUARY 2, 2025.
