Mineola, NY - Nassau County Legislator Michael Giangregorio recently spoke at the Elija Foundation’s Conference on ‘A Pathway To Adulthood Using Self-Direction: Transitioning To Independence’, emphasizing the critical need for inclusive housing options for individuals with diverse needs as they transition into adulthood.
The conference provided a platform for stakeholders to discuss strategies for supporting individuals with Autism and other developmental differences as they navigate the transition to adulthood.
