Legislator Bynoe to Host Housing
& Community Development Seminars
Legislator Siela Bynoe, in partnership with the Nassau County Office of Housing & Community Development, will be holding three seminars focused on community growth and development.

(WESTBURY, NY) – Legislator Siela Bynoe will be holding three seminars in the coming weeks regarding housing finances and community development. The first seminar will be held on Wednesday, June 4th at the “Yes We Can” Community Center, 141 Garden Street, Westbury, NY 11590 from 7:00pm to 8:30pm. The second seminar will be held on Thursday, June 12th at the Jackson Memorial AME Zion, 60 Peninsula Blvd, Hempstead, NY 11550 from 7:00pm to 8:30pm. The last seminar will be held on Wednesday, June 18th at the Lakeview Public Library, 1120 Woodfield Road, Rockville Centre, NY 11570 from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. She will be joined by John Sarcone, who is the Director of Nassau County’s Office of Housing and Community Development. Legislator Bynoe shared, “The future of Nassau depends on how we plan for tomorrow – today. It is important that community members are a real partner with all levels of development and their voices are heard. Real equality only happens when housing and development is fair for each and every community in Nassau.”
