[ARCHIVED] Award to Valley Stream Pediatrics

Valley Stream Pediatrics, a division of Allied Physicians Group was awarded a Certificate of Recognition from the Nassau County Department of Health for participation in the Nassau County and New York State Departments of Health Immunization Program Initiative to achieve complete immunization of all children by the age of two.

Valley Stream Pediatrics is located at 167 E. Merrick Road, Valley Stream, NY 11580.
