(MINEOLA, NY) – Nassau County Legislator Ellen W. Birnbaum (D-Great Neck) was delighted to visit Parkville School in New Hyde Park. Legislator Birnbaum read books to students and helped teach them about their local government. Prior to meeting with the classes, Legislator Birnbaum visited Principal Debra Shalom’s office and participated in the morning poetry reading over the public address system.
