(MANHASSET, N.Y.) - Nassau County Legislator Ellen W. Birnbaum (D - Great Neck) joined her partners in government and leaders of the Manhasset Chamber of Commerce to celebrate the grand opening of Stretch Zone in Manhasset during a Monday, June 21 ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Located at 981 Northern Blvd., the studio specializes in assisted stretching services that are designed to increase the mobility and muscle functioning enjoyed by clients. Legislator Birnbaum presented franchise owner Ahmed Mohamed with a Nassau County Certificate of Appreciation in recognition of his new business venture.
“Every small business that opens its doors strengthens our downtown business districts and helps to keep our communities vibrant and strong,” Legislator Birnbaum said. “I’m delighted to welcome Stretch Zone to the Manhasset business community and wish them all the best in the months and years ahead.”
