Nassau County Legislators Laura Schaefer and Rose Marie Walker are joining together with the Nassau County Police Department 8th Precinct to host National Night Out on Tuesday, August 1st. National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships to help make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. It seeks to strengthen the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement, fostering a true sense of community. All are welcome to come and enjoy a night out with lots of fun activities for kids and adults!
