Nassau County’s Economic Development efforts are spearheaded by the Deputy County Executive for Economic Development, and supported by the following County agencies:
The Nassau County Industrial Development Agency (IDA) is also instrumental in the County’s economic development efforts, and coordinates with the County Executive’s office to help businesses locate and expand in Nassau County.
Finally, with Nassau County’s tourism industry accounting for over $2.69 billion in traveler spending, Long Island’s official tourism agency Discover Long Island promotes all that our County has to offer.1
