While combating the COVID-19 pandemic and rebuilding our national economy are absolutely critical as the Biden administration takes office, I am hopeful that some of the administration's first priorities will include supporting critical funding for local governments and communities absorbing COVID's frontline impacts as well as the repeal of the SALT cap, ending double taxation that has caused tremendous pain for families in our region.
