Located at 101 County Seat Drive, Mineola, NY, the Family and Matrimonial Court building is nearing completion of Phase 1 of construction, which included site improvements, structural modifications and a new building envelope.
Phase 2 will include the complete interior fit out of the building’s program spaces, including all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and life safety systems and site improvements, such as landscaping and pavements.
The Nassau County Department of Public Works aspires for the project to mirror the local diverse community in terms of corporate and labor participation. The Office of Minority Affairs is co-sponsoring Wednesday morning’s workshop, which will provide key information for women and minority-owned businesses with regards to eligibility and certification.
