Nassau County Legislator Steve Rhoads attended the Birch PTA Founder’s Day ceremony at Birch Street Elementary School in Merrick. Legislator Rhoads presented certificates to the “Reflections” contest winners in the categories of Visual Arts, Music, Photography and Literature.
