APPOINTMENTS PREFERRED - WALK-INS WELCOME IF CAPACITY PERMITS

COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR ALL DONORS:

 Must wear a mask or face covering  •  Must have temperature taken

Must be 14 days symptom free if recovered from COVID-19

May NOT donate if donor had positive diagnostic test or

has experience symptoms of COVID-19 in last 14 days

 May NOT donate if they are currently in self-quarantine

 

Please be aware that we DO NOT test for COVID-19
