Hosted by Legislator Steve Rhoads, Councilman Chris Carini,
the Wantagh Fire Department & New York Blood Center

To remain in compliance with federal guidelines for social distancing
appointments preferred - walk-ins welcome if capacity permits

DONOR INFORMATION:

Must wear a mask or face covering  •  Must have temperature taken

Must be 14 days symptom free if recovered from COVID-19

May NOT donate if donor had positive diagnostic test or

has experience symptoms of COVID-19 in last 14 days

 May NOT donate if they are currently in self-quarantine

 

Please be aware that we DO NOT test for COVID-19
